If you wish to use an email address to access several establishments, it is necessary that a different email address exists for each establishment.
For example, if you use AstoreShop for three different establishments, you must have 3 different addresses to be linked to a main address chosen by contacting the customer service.
To redirect all your AstoreShop notifications on a unique email address, you can use the two following solutions.
Use email alias
It is possible to create email addresses called "alias" that automatically redirect messages received on your main email address, without going through a mailbox. You can request the creation of aliases from your IT department in order to benefit from these automatic transfers.
Creating emails and setting up redirects
If you do not want to or cannot create aliases, you can create different email addresses and then configure redirection rules in your email software (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
Once your aliases or addresses have been created, you just need to contact customer service to ask to link your accounts to the main address of your choice.
