How to modify a purchase order waiting for approval ?

If, for any reason, you need to modify the quantity or the content of a purchase request, the best solution is to decline the order, then to duplicate it and to make the modification in your own cart and checkout.

1. On the impacted order page, decline the initial order.
2. In the Popin, explain the reason of this action (it will be sent by email to the PO creator) and click on Validate

     3. Once the order is rejected, click on place the same order

The same items are placed in your cart

     4. Go into your cart, make the modification you want and continue the check-out process until the end.
